Company Class with Sophia Smith

2/9-11AM

Class will begin with a guided warm up encouraging dancers to focus on athleticism and expansion in movement. We will then carry those discoveries into phrases that take up and travel through space. We will also play with improvisation and celebrate the individuality of everyone in the room. This is a space for dancers to take risks and explore their artistry. Let's dance, friends!
