Company Class- Anouk Otsea

With the goal of helping you arrive at a state of play and freedom of movement, Anouk will guide dancers through a warm-up which incorporates improvisation, conditioning, floorwork, and stretching. Followed by across-the-floor exercises and creative play, the class will culminate in phrase work
